THE MANAGEMENT TEAM Family Oriented: Here at MONIMEL we a family business with an emphasis on family. Monica, owner and C.E.O., works hard to provide accurate service and to fit all customer needs into our corporation. In late 2003 Monica's brother Carlos joined the team to help provide a dedication to clients and customer relations. Also in the ending months of 2003 Monica's son Andrew joined the team to help with logistics and helping the office run more smoothly. Together we strive to create a united team and use all of our best qualities to give you the top of the line customer service that you deserve. Network of People: Here at MONIMEL we provide each group with a team leader that is responsible for the group, vehicle, equipment and the tasks your home requires. Carlos (the company's main supervisor) and Monica provide special attention to detail and will visit your home from time to time with the group to keep up our quality control.
